Join a first-of-its-kind statewide learning community to help end mass incarceration in Michigan. This community is thoughtfully designed for advocates and practitioners actively engaged in efforts related to community violence intervention, police accountability/ ending police harm, restorative justice, alternative emergency response, re-entry, and other innovative approaches to enhance public safety and prevent incarceration in Michigan.

We, the hosts of this learning community, are members of MI-CEMI’s steering team, including Detroit Justice Center, Friends of Restorative Justice, Emergent Justice, Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion, and the Michigan Collaborative to End Mass Incarceration (MI-CEMI). We are excited to get to know you and build with you throughout the learning community space!
