to complete the Pre-Screening Registration Form.
Please note that individuals with more than 3 felony offenses will not be eligible for expungement through the petition process, unless they fall within the “One Bad Night” exception. Additionally, the following offenses CANNOT be expunged:
- DUI-2nd or Felony DUI-3rd.
- Any offense punishable by life.
- Any Traffic offenses committed by a person with a CDL license while operating a commercial vehicle.
- Any Traffic offenses causing injury or death.
- Felony Domestic Violence if the individual has a prioir misdemeanor domestic violence convition.
- Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree.
- CSC 4th Degree if committed on or after January 12, 2015.
- Out-of-State convictions.
- Federal convictions.
