to complete the Pre-Screening Registration Form.

Please note that individuals with more than 3 felony offenses will not be eligible for expungement through the petition process, unless they fall within the “One Bad Night” exception. Additionally, the following offenses CANNOT be expunged:

• DUI-2do o delito grave DUI-3er.
• Cualquier delito castigado con cadena perpetua.
• Any Traffic offenses committed by a person with a CDL license while operating a commercial vehicle.
• Any Traffic offenses causing injury or death.
• Felony Domestic Violence if the individual has a prioir misdemeanor domestic violence convition.
• Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree.
• CSC 4to Grado si se cometió el 12 de enero de 2015 o después.
• Out-of-State convictions.
• Federal convictions.
