  • Up to 3 felonies can be expunged.
  • Unlimited misdemeanors.
  • Michigan convictions only.
  • Only 2 assaultive convictions eligible.
  • Drinking and driving offenses are eligible.
• Activities for Kids: Bring your little ones along!
