Please include: Phone#, Time available (Set-Up is at 1pm/BBQ 3-7pm/Break Down 7pm), and any accommodations needed. (Sitting, Standing, etc.)
*Please note that Set-Up and Break Down may require lifting, opening tents, moving chairs and tables, helping Orgs set-up/break down, etc.
