If you have a past conviction, Legal Services of South Central Michigan may be able to help you get it expunged. In partnership with Washtenaw Literacy, they’re offering free expungement intakes at our Ypsilanti office. Stop by October 15th from 11am-2pm to find out if you are eligible at Legal Services of South Central Michigan’s Main Lobby at 15 S. Washington St., Ypsilanti, MI 48197

    Good Morning,

    Do you have to be a resident in Washtenaw county in Oder to participate in the expungement intake ?

      Lilresa,
      I don’t know for sure, but this organization hosts expungement fairs in a number of different locations in the area—not just in Washtenaw County. They are probably able to give you advice on what your options are, even if you don’t live in Washtenaw County.
