Michigan United‘s annual Juneteenth Cookout on June 13, 2026, at Maheras-Gentry Park, 12550 Avondale St, Detroit, MI 48215.
It will start with the Breakfast and Building Bridges panel discussion at 10:45 a.m.-11:45; the cookout starts at noon.
Come through for the food, the music, and the joy that only we know how to create, even in the face of struggle. This isn’t a party, it’s a declaration that we’re still here and rising and know how to turn pain into power.
