VAAC will be tabling on Saturday, November 22, as Senator Stephanie Chang and American Pride Rises will host a townhall connecting legislators, community leaders, and local residents for an open dialogue about how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, practices, and principle impact all of us – supporting communities and creating pathways to access the American Dream, and the harm and destruction caused by anti-DEI narratives and laws.

Community members will have the chance to share personal experiences and highlight harmful attempts to dismantle DEI in Michigan and across the nation during the townhall.
