The Michigan Chamber for Reproductive Justice (MCRJ), in partnership with Voting Access for All Coalition (VAAC), is inviting people who have experienced reproductive or maternal health care while in jail, prison, or another custodial setting to participate in a paid focus group on Tuesday, September 29 at 7:00 PM.
Experiences may include pregnancy, childbirth, pregnancy loss, postpartum health, birth control, periods, reproductive health concerns, intimate examinations, sexual harm, or being denied treatment.
What participants share will help identify patterns and shape policy, advocacy, and testimony aimed at improving the treatment of people in custody.
This is a paid opportunity. Transportation can be provided, and the location will be shared with confirmed participants.
