What is the SAVE Act and Why Does It Matter?

The SAVE Act is a direct attack on our fundamental rights. If passed, this bill would impose new barriers that disproportionately impact:

• Formerly incarcerated individuals seeking to reintegrate into civic life
• People experiencing homelessness who face difficulties in maintaining voter registration
• Young voters, people of color, and transgender individuals already facing systemic disenfranchisement
