Looking for an expungement fair in Michigan? We can help! While Voting Access for All Coalition does not usually host expungement fairs, many of our partners do! Here are some websites to check:
- Michigan Department of Attorney General Expungement Assistance: Since expungement is a legal process, most fairs are co-sponsored by the Attorney General. Visit this page for information about expungement as well as a list of upcoming expungement fairs.
- Michigan Works! Southeast offers general information and help with expungement.
- Safe and Just Michigan: This organization co-sponsors many expungement fairs and provides detailed information about automatic expungement.
- City of Grand Rapids Project Clean Slate 2024: Grand Rapids offers information about expungement as well as local expungement fairs.
- Project Clean Slate Detroit: Contact PCS for free legal services related to expungement.
- Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office: If you are in Washtenaw County, you may be able to find an event hosted in your area (this page has not been updated since 2023).
