Election Day! If you’re already registered to vote, you can vote at your polling location from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time. If you need to register or update your registration, you can do so at your city or township clerk’s office with proof of residency. Once registered, you can complete an absentee ballot at your clerk’s office.
Michiganders, in order for your vote to be counted in the upcoming May 7 local election, your ballot must be dropped off by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
Your ballot must be received by 8 p.m. on May 7 to count.*
*Military and overseas voters: your ballot must be postmarked by May 7 and received by May 13 to count.
Don’t mail your ballot – drop it off!

A satellite office provided by your clerk
