The responsibility in creating educational platforms are critical for empowering voters. The lack of familiarity with candidates who are campaigning becomes destructive to the electoral process. To combat this, Fair Voting Alliance, and the Genesee County Ambassadors have organized one of many Meet the Candidates Forum for the 2024 election year for the population of non-sentenced eligible voters who currently reside at the Genesee County Jail.

On Monday, April 29, 2024 at 1 p.m. , The Genesee County jail will host the City of Flint 9th Ward City Council Candidates forum.
