Detroit Expungement Fair on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 12 noon – 4PM at Perfecting Church, 7616 Nevada Ave., Detroit, MI 48234

Please note that individuals with more than 3 felony offenses will not be eligible for expungement through the petition process unless they fall within the “One Bad Night” exemption under the law. Additionally the following offenses CANNOT be expunged:

• DUI 2nd or Felony DUI 3rd offense
• Any offense punishable by life
• Any traffic offenses committed while operating a commercial vehicle
• Any traffic offenses causing injury or death
• Felony domestic violence if the individual has a prior misdemeanor domestic violence conviction
• Criminal sexual conduct (CSC) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd degree
• CSC 4th degree committed on or after Jan. 12, 2015
• Out-of-state and all federal offenses
