Free to any Michigan resident! Please bring Federal or State-Issued ID, driver’s license, or birth certificate for proof of identity.

The Fair Will Include:

• Attorneys to help eligible attendees complete paperwork
• Volunteer notaries
• Finger-print scan
• Info on next steps after the application is completed and mailed

Certain offenses CANNOT BE EXPUNGED:

• Please pre-register to see if you qualify
• Cannot help expunge federal or OUT OF STATE offenses
