Available to all Michigan residents for State of Michigan convictions
Please note:
Individuals with more than 3 felony convictions will not be eligible for expungement through the petition process, unless they fall within the “One Bad Night” exception under the law.

- Free ICHAT
- Free fingerprinting
- Assistance with expungement application
- Guidance on next steps
- Attorneys and law students on-site to assist
🚫 The Following Offenses Cannot Be Expunged:
- DUI–2nd or Felony DUI–3rd
- Offenses punishable by life
- Traffic offenses committed by a person with a CDL while operating a commercial vehicle
- Traffic offense causing injury or death
- Felony domestic violence if you have prior misdemeanor DV convictions
- Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree
- CSC 4th degree if committed on or after January 12, 2015
- Out-of-state convictions
- Federal convictions
- Individuals with pending criminal cases are also not eligible
