VAAC will be in the house, joining Michigan LCV Education Fund’s Democracy For All Team and Affirmations LGBTQ+ Community Center in Ferndale on Sunday, Nov. 2, from 3-7 p.m. for “Don’t Let the Vote Scare You!” – a Halloween-themed community GOTV celebration ahead of Election Day.

We’ll start the day with a phone bank to engage voters, followed by a festive drag lunch, documentary screening, arts and crafts, and opportunities to connect with local partners and resources.

Costumes are encouraged! Come celebrate democracy, have some Halloween fun, and help ensure every vote is counted and every vote is heard this November!
