Join Humanity for Prisoners and Citizens for Prison Reform in Grand Haven
This Thursday, Humanity for Prisoners presents Voices of Humanity—a powerful evening bringing together community, compassion, and advocacy. Hosted by Humanity for Prisoners with Citizens for Prison Reform, this gathering will highlight the real impact of Michigan’s prison policies on families and loved ones.
Guests will enjoy dinner from Dr. Rolf’s Barbeque, followed by the premiere of Michigan Visits Matter: The Cost of Family Incarceration. Produced by Citizens for Prison Reform, this moving documentary sheds light on the harm caused by restrictive visitation policies across Michigan’s prisons.
The night also features a silent art auction, an interactive model of a solitary confinement cell, and other experiences designed to engage and inspire. Together, we will affirm our shared commitment to dignity, family connections, and meaningful reform.
