Lisa Brown is serving Oakland County residents for her fourth term as the Clerk/Register of Deeds, Ms. Brown is the official “keeper of the record” – responsible for overseeing the receipt and safeguarding of public records, including Circuit Court legal documents, vital records, and real estate documents. She is also the chief election administrator for the county.
