On Wednesday, July 17, VAAC joins communities across the country in taking part in Good Trouble Lives On, a national day of action honoring the legacy of Congressman John Lewis — a civil rights hero who taught us that getting into “good trouble” is necessary for justice.
This day is about action.
From videos and rallies to art and storytelling, we’re standing up for democracy, voting rights, and the people most impacted by voter suppression.
What you can do:
- Create and share video messages using the social media toolkit
- Post on your social platforms with #GoodTroubleLivesOn
- Host or join a local action
- Invite friends, family, and neighbors to speak up and show up
