June marks the celebration of Juneteenth, and it will be the theme for my June Community Conversation, set for Monday, June 9 at 10 a.m. at the Redford Community Center, 12121 Hemingway, in Redford Township, 48239. Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States.
