Folks, the Michigan Collaborative to End Mass Incarceration has posted their Bill Tracker for the 2025-2026 legislative session. This is an excellent way to keep up on legislative progress for bills related to criminal justice reform.

Recent additions include bills related to the new budget and the re-introduction of juvenile justice bills that would provide children with legal representation even if they can’t afford it.
