Saturday, April 1, 2023 at “Hash Bash: on Monroe Street in Ann Arbor, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office is once again partnering with the Cannabis Caucus of the Michigan Democratic Party to provide FREE expungement assistance!

Though cannabis is now legal in Michigan, many people still bear the burden of old criminal records. Fortunately, Michigan’s new expungement laws give people an opportunity to expunge those old records–and get a clean slate. Stop by the booth on Monroe Street from 2-6 PM! They’ll do free eligibility checks for anyone with Michigan convictions. And if it’s an eligible Washtenaw County conviction, they can provide free further assistance as well.
