Legal Services of South Central Michigan (LSSCM) is offering free on-line intake for potential criminal expungement for low-income residents of the following South Central Michigan counties: Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Clinton, Eaton, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, Shiawassee, and Washtenaw Counties.

If you have a past conviction that is more than 3 years old, LSSCM may be able to help you get it expunged.
