Join State Representatives Amos O’Neal and Rachel Hood, Michigan Justice Advocacy, and Spread the Vote for a Town Hall panel discussion on “Good Time” Credit legislation for incarcerated citizens who demonstrate they are turning their lives around and exhibit behavioral change in measurable ways. The event will take place on Monday, April 24th, 2023 at 3 pm at 1911 Bagley St. in Saginaw, MI.

“Good Time” bills would reinstate/create earned time credits by which an incarcerated individual can earn time off of their sentences by demonstrating behavioral change in measurable ways,including compliance with policy, active positive participation in programming, and engaging in non-mandatory education. This incentivizes rehabilitation and personal growth.
