Please note that individuals with more than 3 felony offenses will not be eligible for expungement through the petition process, unless they fall within the “One Bad Night” exception. Additionally, the following offenses CANNOT be expunged:
- DUI-2do o delito grave DUI-3er.
- Cualquier delito castigado con cadena perpetua.
- Any Traffic offenses committed by a person with a CDL license while operating a commercial vehicle.
- Any Traffic offenses causing injury or death.
- Felony Domestic Violence if the individual has a prioir misdemeanor domestic violence convition.
- Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree.
- CSC 4to Grado si se cometió el 12 de enero de 2015 o después.
- Out-of-State convictions.
- Federal convictions.
