Join Mothering Justice, The ARIAH Foundation, Omari Maynard, and community partners for A Night in Her Honor, the second event in the three-day In Her Honor Detroit experience.
The evening will celebrate the strength, legacy, and impact of mothers while raising awareness and support for maternal health justice. Through storytelling, recognition, remembrance, and celebration, the gathering will honor mothers lost to maternal mortality and recognize advocates and community leaders working toward a future where every mother is seen, heard, valued, and supported.
In Her Honor Detroit brings together families, advocates, artists, healthcare professionals, policymakers, birth workers, and community members through art, conversation, remembrance, and action.
