An expungement, also known as setting aside a conviction, removes eligible convictions from the criminmal history on file with the Michigan State Police. The expungement clinic is designed to help individuals navigate the expungement process.

The 54-B District Court expungement fair is hosted in partnership with the East Lansing Public Library. There is a limit of 100 participants. Potential participants MUST PRE-REGISTER to ensure eligibility prior to appearing.
