DEBEMOS acabar con la manipulación de distritos electorales en las prisiones durante la redistribución de distritos legislativos en Michigan. La MICRC (Comisión Ciudadana Independiente de Redistribución de Distritos de Michigan) está completando sus planes de redistribución, que estarán vigentes durante los próximos 10 años.
