VAAC Friday meetings are back this September! We bring together directly impacted people, organizers, advocates, and community members from across Michigan to connect, learn, and build collective strategy.

This meeting will provide education about the more important proposals on the ballot that stand to dramatically change the Michigan constitution.

We will be joined by Nomi Joyrich, the Michigan Director for Jews For a Secular Democracy (JFASD)—an organization dedicated to protecting the separation of religion and government and protecting democracy. Nomi’s work supporting interfaith concerns and social justice issues spans decades and includes political activism at all levels of government. Nomi is also a member of the VAAC Leadership team.
