Tenga en cuenta que las personas con más de tres delitos graves no podrán ser expurgadas mediante el proceso de petición, a menos que se encuentren dentro de la exención legal de "Una Mala Noche". Además, los siguientes delitos NO PUEDEN ser expurgados:

• DUI 2nd or Felony DUI 3rd offense
• Cualquier delito castigado con cadena perpetua
• Any traffic offenses committed while operating a commercial vehicle
• Cualquier infracción de tránsito que cause lesiones o muerte
• Violencia doméstica grave si el individuo tiene una condena previa por un delito menor de violencia doméstica
• Criminal sexual conduct (CSC) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd degree
• CSC 4th degree committed on or after Jan. 12, 2015
• Out-of-state and all federal offenses
