On Wednesday, January 28th from 1–3 PM, Downriver United 734 is taking action to remind Senators Slotkin and Peters that Michigan expects leadership and that means voting NO on any DHS funding that does not include real ICE reforms.

We are asking supporters to choose ONE location to show up, bring signs and be LOUD:

📍 Senator Elissa Slotkin – Detroit Office 719 Griswold Street, Detroit

📍 Senator Gary Peters – Detroit Office 477 Michigan Avenue, Detroit

ICE reform cannot wait. Militarized raids, masked agents, warrantless arrests, and private detention centers have no place in our communities. Michigan voters expect accountability, transparency, and humane policies not blank checks.

Bring a sign. Bring a friend. Bring your voice. Let’s show our senators that Michigan stands firm: No reforms = No funding. We will be protesting outside, please dress accordingly!
