SUMMARY:Voting Rights Art Installation Pop-up
DESCRIPTION:Voting Access for All Coalition (VAAC)\, in partnership with I
 ndivisible Metro Detroit\, has been hosting a series of community pop-ups 
 where people can contribute to a collaborative Voting Rights Art Installa
 tion.\n\nCommunity members are invited to create small pieces that combine
  written reflections and visual expression about voting rights in the Unit
 ed States. Participants are encouraged to reflect on what voting means to 
 them\, the stories and experiences that shape their views about democracy\
 , and the role voting has played in their families and communities. These 
 pieces may express personal memories\, hopes for the future\, or reflectio
 ns on why protecting voting rights matters today.\n\nEach piece will be ap
 proximately 5 by 7 inches and will become part of a larger installation 
 that brings together many individual voices into a collective statement su
 pporting voting rights.\n\nThese gatherings create space for creative expr
 ession\, reflection\, and community connection. Absolutely no art experie
 nce or skill is needed\, and collaborations are welcome. Stop by\, create 
 a piece\, and share your perspective on voting rights.\n\nThe completed pi
 eces will be collected and displayed together as part of the installation\
 , highlighting the many perspectives and experiences that shape our unders
 tanding of voting rights and democratic participation.\n\nJim’s Corner
