 jail in Michigan\, who have not been sentenced\, can access the electoral 
 process via an absentee ballot system. To ensure the eligible voters detai
 ned at the Genesee County Jail have the necessary tools to engage effectiv

 ics Forum” to provide a higher level of education for the participants w
