 story of ranked choice voting in the United States and abroad\, including 
 efforts to adopt the voting method and the opposition those efforts have f
 aced.\nPlease note: The film will not be shown during the October 4 event.
  Participants should watch the documentary beforehand.\nVAAC will host an 
 optional online screening on Saturday\, October 3 for people who would lik
 e to watch the film together.\nYou can also watch the documentary for free
  on your own before the discussion here.\nOn October 4\, participants will
  meet on Zoom for randomized small-group discussions followed by a guest Q
