  Up &amp\; Plug In ID Clinic to Detroit on Saturday\, October 10.\n\nThe M
 ichigan Department of State Mobile Unit will be on site to help eligible M
 ichigan residents obtain a Michigan State ID. The full cost of state IDs w
 ill be covered for people who qualify.\n\nIf you are coming for ID service
 s\, bring your original documents. Copies will not be accepted.\n\nVAAC wi
 ll also provide voter education and voter registration support. Community
