 Neighborhood Center\, 1611 Kalamazoo St.\, Lansing. \n\n\n\nNo pre-registr
 ation required. Walk-ins welcome.\n\n\n\nThis is your chance to try to get
  any past convictions expunged off your record. This event is hosted by Sa
 fe and Just partnered with Allen Neighborhood Center.\n\n\n\nPlease read t
 he excerpt from Allen Neighborhood Center below.\n\n\n\nPlease note that i
 ndividuals with more than 3 felony offenses will not be eligible for expun
 gement through the petition process\, unless they fall within the “One B
 ad Night” exception under the law.\n\n\n\nAdditionally\, the following o
 ffenses CANNOT be expunged:\n\n\n\n• DUI-2nd or Felony DUI-3RD.\n\n\n\n
 • Any offense punishable by Life.\n\n\n\n• Any Traffic Offenses commit
 ted by a person with a CDL license while operating a commercial vehicle.\n
 \n\n\n• Any Traffic offenses causing injury or death.\n\n\n\n• Felony 
 Domestic Violence if the individual has a prior misdemeanor domestic viole
 nce conviction.\n\n\n\n• Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 1st\, 2nd \, and 
 3rd Degree.\n\n\n\n• CSC 4th Degree if committed on or after January 12\
 , 2015.\n\n\n\n• Out-of-State Convictions Federal Convictions Individual
 s with pending criminal cases will also not be eligible for expungement of
  any of their convictions.\n\n\n\n\n
