 vehicle.\; Federal Convictions\; Any Traffic offenses causing injury or de
 ath\; Felony Domestic Violence if the individual has a prior misdemeanor d
 omestic violence conviction.\; Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 1st\, 2nd\, a
 nd 3rd Degree.\; CSC 4th Degree if committed on or after January 12\, 2015
 .\; Out-of-State Convictions\n\n\n\nIndividuals with pending criminal case
