 te that individuals with more than 3 felony offenses will not be eligible 
 for expungement through the petition process\, unless they fall within the
  "One Bad Night" exception under the law.\nAdditionally\, the following of
 fenses CANNOT be expunged:\n\n\n 	DUI-2nd or Felony DUI-3rd.\n 	Any offens
 e punishable by life.\n 	Any traffic offenses committed by a person with a
  CDL license while operating a commercial vehicle.\n 	Any traffic offenses
  causing injury or death.\n 	Felony domestic violence if the individual ha
 s a prior misdemeanor domestic violence conviction.\n 	Criminal Sexual Con
 duct (CSC)\n1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd degree.\n 	CSC 4th Degree if committed on 
 or after January 12\, 2015.\n 	Out-of-State Convictions.\n 	Federal Convic
 tions.\n\nIndividuals with pending criminal cases will also not be eligibl
 e for expungement of any of their convictions.\nIn March\, Safe &amp\; Jus
 t Michigan is hosting expungement fairs in Lansing\, Muskegon\, and Flint.
