 lift 313\, Michigan State Police\, Attorney General’s Office\, and Safe 
 &amp\; Just Michigan.\n\nMichigan automatically expunges several types of 
 convictions\, but it is possible to clear more kinds of convictions throug
 h a court petition process. We work with partner organizations across the 
 state to help people access free or low-cost help for a court petition exp

 ving offenses. If the individual has over 2 drunk driving cases\, expungem
 ent can’t stop a license from being revoked by the State.\n-Felony Domes
 tic Violence if the individual has a prior misdemeanor domestic violence c
 onviction\n-Any offense punishable by a life sentence\, like armed robbery
 .\n-Any Traffic Offenses committed while operating a commercial vehicle\n-
 Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd Degree\n-CSC 4th Degree
