 , wellness services\, fresh produce\, community organizations\, and activi

 Secretary of State services may include:\n• First-time Michigan driver
 ’s licenses and state IDs• License or state ID renewals\, replacements
 \, and corrections• REAL ID conversion• Vehicle title transfers and re
 gistration• Disability parking placards and license plates\nEligible Mic
 higan residents may qualify for a free state ID. Fees may apply to other S
 ecretary of State transactions. Services are subject to available time and
  required documentation.\nPreparing for the ID Clinic\nMichigan law requir
 es residents to present specific documents for license\, state ID\, vehicl
 e\, and other Secretary of State transactions. First-time license and stat
 e ID applicants should bring original documents showing:\n• Legal presen
 ce• Social Security number• Identity• Michigan residency• Legal na
 me changes\, when applicable\nPhotocopies are not accepted unless otherwis
 e noted by the Secretary of State. Some electronic documents may be accept
 ed as proof of Michigan residency.\nResidents experiencing homelessness ma
 y be able to use an HMIS ID and profile sheet showing their Social Securit
 y number\, along with proof of legal presence.\nResidents who have experie
 nced incarceration may be able to use an MDOC ID and Basic Information Cha
 rt showing their Social Security number to meet identity and Social Securi
 ty documentation requirements.\nPlease review VAAC’s Mobile Office docum
 ent checklist before attending so you know which documents to bring for yo
 ur transaction.\nAnyone who does not have enough documentation to meet the
  standard requirements may request a document exception. Requests must be 
 submitted to Michigan Secretary of State Mobile Office Coordinator Kelly D
 avis at DavisK7@Michigan.gov at least two days before the clinic. Include
  your full name\, contact information\, the transaction you need\, the doc
 ument you are missing\, and a list of the documents you have.\nThe Back to
  School Market will also include:\n🛍️ Local artisan and cottage food 
 vendors\n🤝 Community resource organizations\n❤️ Free wellness check
 -ups provided by Michigan State University nursing students\n🚲 Free you
 th bike giveaway for Brightmoor youth\, while supplies last\n🥕 B’moor
  Nourished Free Pantry and Eastern Market Produce Booth from 3:00 PM to 4:
 00 PM\nThe youth bike giveaway is available on a first-come\, first-choice
