Las elecciones son m\u00e1s que papeletas, lugares de votaci\u00f3n y m\u00e1quinas de votaci\u00f3n. El componente humano de administrar las elecciones estuvo expuesto a estr\u00e9s y ataques impensables durante el ciclo de 2020. Casi lleg\u00f3 al punto de ruptura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
