Without an ID, it is harder to secure housing, access services, and register or update voter information. This clinic is focused on removing that barrier by bringing services directly into the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"date-friday-april-17time-12-00-pm-3-00-pmlocation-affirmations-290-west-9-mile-road-ferndale\"><strong>Date: Friday, April 17<br>Time: 12:00 PM \u2013 3:00 PM<br>Ubicaci\u00f3n: <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/n4UbLXHet6mh2eVXA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Affirmations, 290 West 9 Mile Road, Ferndale<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Michigan Department of State Mobile Office will be on-site. <strong>The full cost of state IDs only will be covered for those who qualify.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"services-available-include\">Services available include:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 First-time Michigan ID<br>\u00b7 ID or driver\u2019s license renewal or replacement<br>\u00b7 Title transfers<br>\u00b7 Disability placards<br>\u00b7 Voter registration and updates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-to-bring\">What to bring:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To get an ID, you must bring documents that verify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Proof of legal presence (such as a birth certificate or passport)<br>\u00b7 Proof of Social Security number (such as a Social Security card, W-2, or pay stub)<br>\u00b7 Proof of identity<br>\u00b7 Proof of Michigan residency (2 documents)<br>\u00b7 Name change documents if applicable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Documents must be originals.
