\u201cEl reingreso liderado por pares es una de las innovaciones m\u00e1s prometedoras que hemos visto en seguridad p\u00fablica, y la legislatura fue una tonter\u00eda no financiarla directamente.<\/em>" dijo Chuck Warpehoski, Director de Proyecto de Michigan Collaborative to End Mass Incarceration.
