Las investigaciones demuestran que el cerebro de los adultos j\u00f3venes a\u00fan est\u00e1 en desarrollo. Son m\u00e1s propensos a actuar impulsivamente y menos propensos a comprender plenamente las consecuencias. Por lo tanto, merecen la oportunidad de demostrar un cambio con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anteriormente, Michigan era uno de los \u00fanicos 16 estados que a\u00fan otorgaban sentencias de cadena perpetua autom\u00e1ticas a personas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os.
