Sin sistemas espec\u00edficos establecidos, es inconsistente y, a menudo, inexistente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas encarceladas se enfrentan a obst\u00e1culos como los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Falta de acceso a los formularios de registro de votantes<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceso limitado a las papeletas de voto por correo<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No hay procesos claros dentro de las instalaciones.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poca o ninguna informaci\u00f3n sobre sus derechos de voto.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto conlleva la exclusi\u00f3n de miles de votantes elegibles del proceso democr\u00e1tico, lo que afecta de manera desproporcionada a las comunidades negras, las personas de bajos ingresos y las personas directamente afectadas por el sistema de
