DESCRIPTION:Join State Rep. Stephanie A. Young for her September Community 
 Conversation on Monday\, September 14 at 10 a.m. at the Redford Community 
 Center\, 12121 Hemingway\, Redford.\n\nCandidates are not the only thing o
 n the ballot this November. Every 16 years\, the Michigan Constitution req
 uires that a constitutional convention question be placed on the ballot. A
  majority “yes” vote would trigger the Legislature to convene a consti
 tutional convention. There will be a special guest joining us to help shed
  light on what this question means and why it matters.\n\n\nThey look forw
