 ring Demetrius Walls of MOTIVE (Michigan) and Alisha Kohn of Prisoner 
 Brain Trust (New York) in a peer-led conversation on how incarcerated lea
 dership and innovative program models are bridging gaps\, restoring hope\,
  and driving community change.\n\nEach of these organizations has exciting
  innovations for prison programming.\n\n 	Prisoners’ Brain Trust is a c
 urrently incarcerated–led nonprofit organization where all leadership an
 d directives are developed and executed by incarcerated individuals\, cent
 ering self-determination\, peer leadership\, and transformative solutions 
 from inside the system.\n 	MOTIVE: Music Opportunities to Incarcerated Voi
 ces Everywhere is a trauma-informed mentorship initiative that connects i
 ncarcerated individuals with youth in the community through structured pho
 ne calls\, focus groups\, and a recording studio platform\, creating space
  for healing\, accountability\, and intergenerational guidance on both sid
