DESCRIPTION:The Michigan League for Public Policy will host a special virtu
 al briefing on Michigan’s newly finalized 2026-2027 state budget and wha
 t it means for children and families across the state.\n\nFollowing anothe
 r contentious state budget cycle\, MLPP’s team of analysts reviewed the 
 final budget to identify its impact on programs and services that Michigan
  residents rely on.\n\nDuring the briefing\, MLPP’s Rachel Richards will
  provide analysis and information about the state budget as well as contin
 ued federal actions affecting programs serving Michigan communities.\n\nPa
 rticipants will also have an opportunity to engage with MLPP staff\, ask q
