 ment through the petition process\, unless they fall within the "One Bad N
 ight" exception under the law. Additionally\, the following offenses CANNO
 T be expunged:\n\n\n 	\nDUI–2nd or Felony DUI–3rd\n\n 	\nAny offense p
 unishable by life\n\n 	\nAny traffic offenses committed by a person with a
  CDL license while operating a commercial vehicle\n\n 	\nAny traffic offen
 ses causing injury or death\n\n 	\nFelony domestic violence if the individ
 ual has a prior misdemeanor domestic violence conviction\n\n 	\nCriminal S
 exual Conduct (CSC) 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd Degree\n\n 	\nCSC 4th Degree if co
 mmitted on or after January 12\, 2015\n\n 	\nOut-of-State Convictions\n\n 
 	\nFederal Convictions\n\n\nIndividuals with pending criminal cases will a
